We provide UPS Ground Shipping.
Estimated Delivery
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 pm EST are estimated to ship same day under UPS Ground Shipping. Most orders shipped to a Florida location are usually delivered within 1 or 2 business days. Orders placed from outside of Florida may take 3 to 10 business days. For more accurate information, please contact us.
Order Damage or Error
If your order arrives with damage or we have sent the wrong product by error, please call our customer service department (786-222-8173) so we may assist you.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for items ordered. Please call our customer service department (786-222-8173) for an authorization number and further instructions on returns. Please note all authorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
